The discussion Scott and Stiles had before entering Eichen House never seems to get the proper response from viewers in the moment. Scott was talking about helping people who essentially are victims to the Dread Doctor's experiments. Stiles was talking about defending himself in the moment but used bad examples. He feels guilty which is why he didn't come out and say what happened.
