Ah Kol involving Klaus child in the plot to save your girlfriend that he doesn’t really care for after she tried to kill him, without his or Haley’s consent is egregiously stupid. Had he gone to Klaus, Rebekah, and marcel with the totem told them about the hills being linked to Davina. Before Freya and Haley entered the house they would of no doubt consented hope breaking the link. But boy has Klaus changed, had this been the old Klaus it would of ended with Kol facing more grim fate, considering the hollow ended inhabiting hope after the whole ordeal.
