Here we go, as punctual as clockwork (even a bit earlier depending on where upon this globe of tears and sorrows you happen to live).

There is a lot that happens in these two chapters. The story is about to pick up some serious moment and as we leave Ooc territory and we venture towards canon FSN characters.

Please let me know what you think in the comments below.

Sweet, thanks for all your hard work:)

SpectralTime

So, chapter 17 is adorable and sweet, and I'm glad to have some romantic stuff in there with Taiga, the most neglected of all non-heroines. However, I can only wonder... if Taiga goes looking for the strength to dwell in the Moonlit World, will she unleash the horrific evil her family has been charged with containing for generations? Will she take up the demonic weapon of unending bloodlust known only as... Tora-Shinai? (Yes, I went this far for a lazy joke. What of it?) Thanks for the double update. Will work on 18 soon.

Loves2Spooge

Read both chapters. 17 was more sugar than my diet is use to. Loved it all the more though.

Loves2Spooge

As for ch.18, I loved how shit got real out of hand so suddenly, like a RKO out of nowhere. I was listening to a track from Enigma TNG called 'SS4 Broly vs SS4 Gogeta theme, and it was around that time that Irisviel popped up. At first, I thought it was going to be Morrigan, but when Shirou described the white hair and I scrolled down to see Iri's picture, I was just like '......ohhhhhh...shhhhiiiiT..."

ichaichasennin

Surprise Eldritch Abomination out of fucking nowhere!

HirotonoRei

Yeah, I got to the white hair and went "Wait... Oh no. Oh nooooooooo...."

Loves2Spooge

Yeah, I was wondering like...the hell, the moment Shirou steps out of the noob zone, he gets jumped by the game's optional Superboss....only, due to its connection to the Holy Grail, it's like Icha is making the option Superboss the final boss of the campaign.

ichaichasennin

I always felt like FSN is a bit like Dark Soul. The moment you make a wrong turn you better expect a "You Died" screen. Shirou needs to learn this.

Loves2Spooge

He needs to stick with farming the possibly extra-species-curious slime girls for a while.

GreekGuy

Hey, what is Illya's status in this fic? Will Shota-Shiro score with the Loli, and if she is coming is she also bringing Hercules or are you changing it?

Jek

Hoooo... you mentioned I think that some of the sex scenes will be Bad Ends? I'm guessing that Mother dear is going to be one. I'm a bit fascinated in how Lilith is the one to start in with Shirou--from the banner on this page I was expecting Morrigan. Looks like next chapter will be an interesting one for Shirou, if the poll earlier and Taiga's questions for Saeko are any indication... as well as the request for Ryouko Mikado, and his upcoming visit to see Tohsaka. I wonder how he'll meet up with her? Nice to know that the HGW will be coming soon. Will anyone be searching for summoning catalysts from the Mirror World? Hm... It seems strange that Irisviel is her own entity after so long in the Holy Grail. Did something happen to Angra Mainyu?

ichaichasennin

Nothing, it's just that it has yet to manifest through another Lesser Grail so it's going with the last incarnation it had. Should it successfully get Illiya or Sakura, it would become them. Of course, this being Angra Mainyu, Irisviel is actually Irisviel if Blackened, a bit like Shirou in Hollow Ataraxia

Lemegeton

Black Grail CE and the Dark Stalkers !!! Nice, you intergrade them smoothly also. Which is something very hard to do, considering the introduction of 2 fanchise is always problematic. Keep it up.

Johny5

Wait a minute. That quest said "All the world's evils (I)" I suppose there'll be yet another encounter with it down the line. Hopefully, there are better rewards than just 'survive'. Not That surviving in this case wasn't an accomplishment in and of itself though.
