Okay, lemme explain: Noritoshi Kamo & Megumi Fushiguro (that's his mother's surname, his father's from the Zenin clan) are not related. At all. Their fathers are not related. Their mothers are not related. Their great great grandparents prolly might be for all I know, because Three Great Jujutsu Clans (tm) (can I just shorten it to 3GC.. like, the three (not so great for some of their members) great clans or smth? 😆) and all their ancient bullshit. XD anyway! So, Kamo's simply comparing himself & Megumi as the heirs/potential heirs of one of the 3GC. But of different GC each. Z. in Meg's case, K. in Noritoshi's. Any questions? I'll gladly answer, 'cause if you don't ask, I'm just not sure as to the source of your confusion & too lazy rn (It's night) to try and guess.
