Master Detective

Baccano's author is the same as Durarara, and he employs a similar writing style in both, but each show takes place in different settings with slightly different themes. Funnily enough, both are set in the same universe. Ikebukuro is a real district in Tokyo and the show's settings are real places in Tokyo. Since it was on the tip of your tongue, I'll tell you the name of headless riders is a Dullahan. Perhaps you saw it in Konosuba or somewhere else? "The Dullahan also called Gan Ceann (meaning "without a head" in Irish), is a type of legendary creature in Irish folklore. He is depicted as a headless rider, on a black horse, who carries his own head held high in his hand or under his arm." - Wikipedia

I think I mentioned it in the reaction, but it's a theme that comes up in 86 as well. That's the reason why it was on the tip of my tongue, lol.
