PREVIOUSLY ON BACK POCKET

BACK POCKET TONIGHT - MAGIC THE GATHERING IS FUN
we had the pleasure of getting RUBEEPLAYS sent up to us from melbourne for a sponsored MAGIC THE GATHERING stream which is a HUGE WIN for the MTG lovers in the team (me)!!! she talked about her time revisiting Don't Starve Together, while Pete got a bit of sand in his shoes playing Dune Awakening, Gus thought with portals in Splitgate 2, and I very carefully talked about my personal highly anticipated release Deltarune Chapters 3 & 4.

we also got to talk to the dev behind DKC-like Windswept about his upcoming game, and cracked some MTG x FF packs followed by a delightful game of Magic where i slayed.

THIS WEEK ON BACK POCKET

you know how we were like "ooooh special musical guest" and then it was josh? who is, in our hearts, a musical guest in a way?

well, that actual musical guest is DAVE NOVAK from POLISH CLUB!!!! he was a bit sick the other week but he's ALL BETTER NOW and COMING ON THE SHOW!!!! check out this track from their new album:

Polish Club - SOMETHING ON THE SIDE (FEAT. DOBBY)

~~~
as for BTBP (behind the back pocket), Gus has been on delivery duty playing Death Stranding 2: On The Beach for review in the lead-up to its release next week, Josh has been playing a wide variety of games that all happen to be Dune Awakening, and Pete, in his own words, "isn't doing shit".
and me? gongaga? i've returned to the Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time mines, which is what i'll be talking about on the show. according to my save file, i've played 35 hours so far! and i don't want to put it down! so don't make me!
if you've gotten this far, thanks for reading. try to be kind to yourself today, and remind yourself that although there's a lot of really nasty shit happening in the world right now, there are little things that you can do each day to make the world a kinder place. tell your loved ones that you love them, approach every situation with empathy and care, and remember that life is better when you put love into the world.
have a good week!
