'Requited Change' Chapter 11.6 (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Requited Change Chapter 11.6 has arrived! Part 2 of 3, so you're all getting an extra-long chapter when it's finished!

This past week and a bit has been a little rough, my Dad is suffering from 'Meniere's Disease'. He's losing his hearing, he's dizzy/ nauseous, and is incapable of caring for himself most of the time. I was planning on ending this part with Emily and Katy becoming acquainted, but have had to leave it here for now, time has just flown by. Remember everyone that family should always be a priority! He shall be getting medication to help him this next week, so things should hopefully return to relative normality soon.

The next part shall be more training for Ken, with Katy adding to his experience. Then it's back to school either at the end of this chapter or beginning of the next, which I'm excited about as it shall be Ken's trial of femininity! I have so many plans, muhaha...

More animation practice again, I feel as though I'm improving each time.

A'ight so this might be a lengthy one but here we go. Below are my thoughts for this segment. Ken/'Katy': May as well get the elephant in the room out of the way. I think he's never gonna go back to being a full blown male after this, his decision made here was a "die is cast" moment (could be wrong though). Dude's kind of a blockhead (literally gets to sleep in the same bed as the one who changed him...there's clearly some tension there and Ken does nothing with it) though I imagine it's due to his feelings for Lola still. Lastly (for Ken specifically), I don't think he's thought this whole return to Quid Est scenario through. He still has to factor in his legal guardian and his friends looking for him...I don't see a way out as far as what we've seen without him breaking the news to everyone or him just performing a 180 on this plan Emily cooked up (which is what makes the last few panels so powerful IMHO). Which brings me to 'Katy'. Wow...I imagine at some point we'll get an explanation of her ability to just project herself to Ken whenever she wants. Can she just take over his body at will now or only during certain conditions? I imagine the more proficient Ken gets with his 'training' the more hold Katy will be able to maintain. I imagine Ken (if he goes through with this) just needs to accept what's happening to him quickly and maybe try striking a temporary deal with 'Katy' (maybe something like "you can have my body while I'm at school...but only at school"). Either way, 'Katy' is freaking mental and I'm here for it. I bet soon 'Katy' will likely be able to 'assist' with completely strip him of everything. I dunno how a person is supposed to overcome something that can telepathically speak to you and literally take over your body whenever and make you watch. Aran: My favorite character in this story tbh. I like how he never trusts Emily and questions everything. I can't wait to see his character develop more later on. Emily: Emily's grown on me a bit, but I admit I kinda hated her at first for tricking Ken and causing this whole dilemma (though Ken isn't blameless caused he ignored Aran's warning). Emily went from being completely jealous/spiteful of Ken to pretty much marveling at what Ken is currently. She's trying to help but I'd much prefer if she just come clean with Ken at this point (who knows...may or may not happen). I personally still don't trust her...but Ken's not in a position to back out at this point. Blonde-haired bully that recently consumed DNA changing formula: I dunno his name, someone remind me. He didn't make an appearance this time but man I can't wait to see him get his come-uppance. I also imagine his reckoning hasn't ended either. I don't feel a shred of sympathy for the schmuck. Lola: Non factor for a while now though I'm sure she will show up again sooner or later since the plot kinda involves her. Ken's 'Mom': Fine as hell but it's crazy how she goes along with everything. Tim: Any chance we'll get a backstory on him sometime or is he just a side character like the female hair stylist? I'm fine with either personally, just asking out of curiosity for a friend. The animations are getting better. Keep working at it! Looking forward to the next one. I know I wrote a lot, but I enjoy analyzing things I read/paying attention to the finer details. (Not obligated to answer any of my inquiries btw MassManic, just putting my thoughts out there...thanks for your work.)

cant wait for the next update, animations are great and im curious about the line emily gave ken to read... does emily have a preggo kink? XD
