Did you know that there's a place in Sleepless City where even the toughest guys don't show up. Where ghosts dance and wolf shadows hunt people. A place that is told by legends, but there is no one among the living that would tell a story about it. 

This is where The Tribe, sometimes called Ghost Dancers, have established their base of operations. The origins of The Tribe is unknown. The size of The Tribe is unknown. But what is known is that they never forget.
