short update on the heels of last weeks. These three pages equal to two WEBTOON updates....but look ridiculous on Patreon scheduling. I'm sorry >,<

anyway, I absolutely love how Camille is giving my man the 'really?' look. Overall is was really fun acting her in this story. I wish I could utilize her more often in 'Kitten'. But I simply don't know much to write about her...at least when Walter ain't around XD

Names Are A Crutch

One of the many ways in which I'm weird is that whenever I see books in the background of a photo, I can't help but try to read the titles... the same happens with text in a drawing. I was going to say, "kudos" on the effort to draw convincingly realistic looking text, and then I snapped a screen grab, and looked closer. THAT'S A PHOTO Of a book, ISN'T IT! :-) On the top of the left page, in the middle, I am almost CERTAIN that I can discern the words, "in the city of Angels." What book is it? Just curious.

Upon zooming in to find your sentence it has occured to me, it's quite rude to a read a book so close to someones....personal space. I think, instead of a photograph, it is an image of a text document, skillfully warped into the form of a book. Also when will we get to meet Picky Pete? He seems like an intresting lad.

In real life it may be rude to read over someone's shoulder. This isn't real life and I regard anything drawn and presented to the viewer as INTENDED for viewing, LOL. If anything, it's an Easter Egg, put there in the hope that some readers will care enough to pay attention to the fine details the artist spent all the time and effort to put in. But opinions will of course, differ on this.

You could have left us to imagine some difficult imaculate process to create a convincing book, but nope it's just a cool digital brush. What can be done digitally is pretty neat - in the end it's extra detail on a prop, it doesn't matter how it got there, it matters that you took the time to put it there just to make the scene better. Never tell use how you did ʎx∀'s cape - let the illusion live on
