I had to look up ProZD and the associated video to understand the niche reference... I think the more polite term is "ménage à trois". I'd suggested (in jest, of course) to Bea and Mr. H in one of their Twitch streams that Rupi and Mino could be Viola's little harem... but I'm pretty sure they'd draw the line short of that.
