I know this title sounds concerning but this is not the final episode ^^"

Also, not sure what answer Viola expected out of Rupert at the time :/

Situations everyone wants to be in until they're in the situation

Jayce Hawk

Sounds reasonable to me, Rupert. What has Mino ever really done for you anyway? Where's the reciprocity? I mean, she tried to bring Patchouli home! Sup with that?! Make the smart choice. That is, unless Viola has ulterior motives. (dum, dum, dum...)

"You've gotta be kidding me". Famous words that every man now says when they're in his situation.

Alysandir

I applaud her candor: a woman who has the emotional maturity to know exactly what she wants and isn't afraid to speak her mind about it. But I cannot help but continue think this is a ruse; she already knows his heart and how he will answer. Does she hope against hope, or is she doing this to straighten Rupert's heart out for him?

One of the lines has some weird formatting. On the close-up of her eye, the second speech balloon, "to" is split across 2 different lines

Duke of Derp

She put it out there, but it seems she already knows the answer. Rupert better think long and hard before breaking her heart. (that said GO GO TEAM VIOLA!)

Michael Minnott

Poor Rupert. He's trapped in a shojo manga and he can't get out.

Nick Klepac

Not hard Rupert. Your girl is at home, go get her. This woman here sounds sincere, but I wouldn't bet on it. What has she done for you other than look good? The girl loves you.

Philip Rauschert

I would not be surprised that Viola does have real feelings for Rupert. Consider the fact that he's a sincere fan, who loves her work directly and demonstrated that. As her husband he'd be there cheering her on the whole way, and likewise a shield between those of her 'clan' that want her humiliated. Husbands are good for that sort of thing. He'd likewise, as time went on, be a endless cavalcade of ideas for new story arcs for her continued work. On the other hand, he'd be playing second fiddle to a very popular woman which does grate on men for various genuine psychological reasons. But for those who think that she only brings her good looks to the table, I must respectfully disagree. The woman is clearly established as creative, smart, innovative, financially savvy (Big Plus In My List of Hot Girl Qualities) and grateful for what he has done for her so far. And she genuinely likes him as a man. She can have a lot of men given her status and she picks him. Big ego boost there Rupert. But... her recognizing that Mino is being a doofus and needs to be honest about her feelings for Rupert could also be her way of bringing them together. She is after all, a writer. If she has the entire love story already in her head about these two it would not surprise me in the least. So I'm prepared for just about anything.

Jeremy Roberson

Damn. That is tough. I'm not sure I could say no.

Jeremy Roberson

Also, you have got to be kidding me. Was this perhaps a play on you've got to be kitten me?

Serra Britt

That's quite a speech Viola gave. I'm moved, honestly.

Gearsio

Was torn between whether Viola was being genuine about her feelings or plotting to get Mino to finally say something. I didn’t realize these two things could both be true

So, in this universe, can a human have more than one cat person?

DougheGoji19

I guess my thinking is; up to this point Rupert hadn't thought of Viola as anything other than a friend whereas Mino is someone he already had feelings for.
