I don't know how much the towel makes sense for a bathhouse motif like this. I have seen anime girls sitting in hot springs, still wrapped in their towels. But that might've just been a way of censorship...Eitherway, I have used steam for keeping suggestive motifs SFW before and I felt it's a bit overused at this point...so, soaking wet towel instead XD
