Hey, it's my birthday! WIP (Patreon)

Well...you already saw this one...and I hope I shocked a few of you (although those who still like her...you have proven your love for this little terror dwarf! :D)

Sedine's birthday is actually the 6th of January-shortbread day....do I need to say anything more? ;P

I'm quite happy about the hair effect in the final panel, it was the hubbies idea and quite a task. We had to cover the whole strip with masking film and only cut out her hair. After that he drybrushed ink over those exposed areas.

Big problem....masking film can be a big a-hole and rip the paper when you try to remove it. So we sure were sweating bullets when he was done and we had to remove that film...thank goodness with hardly any damage :)

The highlights were done with a regular gel pen.
