There is one thing we failed to point out in this arc...Charlene's dad is a short dude! (and yet so intimidating XD)

In the last strips of the wedding we were showing him standing on a crate. Fact is, he's always standing on one in order to be on eye level  with his opponent. It was an idea we had in mind quite early one (that he's short I mean). But I forgot to mention it again to my husband so he couldn't set up his layouts according to dad's hight. Which is the reason we pulled out the idea with the crate (which is pretty much all the time off screen anyway XD)

Also, I wanted dad and Charlene's younger sister to have toned hair (same shade as Charlene). Husband thought it would distract  too much whic is the reason they have no tone here. However, for future arcs (if the characters ever come back. I'd like to have them tone properly.

Also, on a side note. I think dear NewPatriot meant it as a joke over on GoComics. But he's right, Charlene's mom id fairly young and was even younger than Charlene when she had her first kid (which would be Nick, the priest). I'd say she probably was around 18-19. But no more thought went into their timeline :P
