I can confirm that. That's how people in California dress XD

OK, that joke was actually based on my husband. We once were driving down the road and there was this kid in a really flamboyant Hawaii shirt, sandals and a big cowboy hat. When hubby spotted him, he (husband) immediately blurted out 'Dude! I'm from California!'. I thought the way he said that was so weirdly funny because it was so casual, yet silly.

That's being said, the outfit itself was actually really cool. So I'm not trying to mock anyone for their style of dressing. However...you just don't see people dress like this in ND. It really appears like a stereotypical get up you'd see in warmer climate.

I also think this is a nice ramp up to the head butting these two will go through. jack apparently being a bit more traditional and looking into old fashioned men's wear. While Walter gravitate more towards fun and easygoing outfits. And since Jack is the one paying the bill....well, you might guess where this is going ;)

Also, the good ol' 'name three songs' joke to call out 'fake fans' (although it's rather gatekeeper-kind of attitude. But that's a discussion for some other day). While it's mostly meant to be a silly pop culture reference (and a reason to get Walter out of these clothes), it's also a hint towards Jack's taste and knowledge in music.

As mentioned in the character sheets, Jack's into metal. However, I think he'd also listen to a fair share of Rock and other subgenre...and I'm positive he'd be enough of a purist that he takes offense to someone wearing shirts of artists they are unfamiliar with XD

Hope you like it. Next update will be three pages agin :)

I don't care if you can name three songs, but for pity's sake, at least be able to name one that never got radio play.

"You uncultured swine!!!" -Mr. Potato Head Love these two xD -also just randomly remembered Jack is a closet metalhead so this will be most interesting-

Yep, the boys have differing ideas of high fashion.

Those crocs though XD Or would they be called shorks?

I mean, it is awkward to wear a shirt of unknown origin...unless it's a handme-down and the only option to wear, imo.

Actually, I have a similar pair. I think they are called cloud slippers. And they are supper comfy. I saw them with this shark design and thought they are cute (although too silly for me XD)
