When the story originally broke I was trying to give Bungie the benefit of the doubt. I could see a world where a bunch of assets get pulled in that weren't supposed to be assets. Some employees collection of inspirational stuff. Maybe they got layed off previously and someone was checking in their work. Then you find out not only did multiple Bungie employee follow the artist meaning they should have recognized it, but that some of the assets have the artist name on it meaning they REALLY should have recognized it. Then if you dig into the artist portfolio you realize not only are the assets stolen 1:1 but the ENTIRE games artistic vibe is basically lifted wholesale from the artist in question. If you worked on the art for Marathon you SHOULD be extremely aware of who antireal is. Which then of course begs the question... why not just hire her out right? The whole thing is scummy. Additionally, these things can accidentally happen as no one is perfect but to have a history of it happening again and again... certainly makes it seem intentional.
