She's intersex or a trans girl (or trans intersex girl); I felt it was better to not explicitly state what she is and instead let the reader decide. The body is very complicated, so kind of anything is possible out there. \Trans women take estrogen and their body appropriately adjusts with things like increased breast tissue, fat redistribution, etc... and vice versa with trans men taking testosterone... in an ideal world you'd be able to do exactly what you'd want with your body, like an extension of tattooing and plastic surgery
