Hi guys, real quick.

I really dislike having to extend the release again, but I have to.

Why?

As a majority of you may know already, I've been in Mexico since Feb 19 helping my mother out with an inherited property. We've been remodeling, fixing, upgrading, and handling the legal documents together. I helped out, and kept writing on the side at night to keep progress steady, and im proud of that fact.

Now, we've finally gotten the deed returned to us with the updated information! Meaning, it is now time for me to return home to the US

That also means a giant shift in my plans.

I was expecting it to take longer.

With the deed having come sooner (and my mother's almost desperate need to return back home ASAP from sheer boredom lmfao), I had to help prep the house since we wouldn't be returning for a few months. Cleaning, organizing, putting covers on furniture, putting locks, setting up cameras, shit like that devoured my time since i originally thought there'd still be a few more slower days that'd give me time to write.

I seriously believed we would travel during Monday and not the weekend. Like how we discussed. But mama had other plans.

And that fucked up the schedule.

Hence, my reporting that fact to you guys.

I'm leaving Saturday night, and will be taking a 15 hour bus ride back home (I may honestly spend the entire ride listening to Coming Home). I've no doubt my day will be used to complete the prep of the house, saying goodbye to relations and family friends (probably the most time consuming), and traveling to the station to get on the international bus. I will not be writing, obviously.

I will be taking 15 hours (and who the fuck knows how the border will be like with immigration being extra strict so it could be longer) to even get back home, and will obviously not be writing throughout that time as well.

After which, I'll probably need another day to recuperate from the travel.

So all in all, the writing schedule has been thrown into utter disarray, as the deed arrived much sooner than everyone thought it would. I also won't have any service when I leave, so I'll be radio silent for a good day or two.

Everything should go back to normal on Wednesday, with me back in the States sipping on Starbucks or at a library with no more distractions lol

Again, I'm really really sorry for extending the release! I feel horrible for doing this. But if it makes anyone feel better, just know my life is gonna suck for the next 48 hours

 And now for the mini-progress report. I'm about halfway done with Zera's fork.

 Zera's fork has 1,654 words at the moment, and I'm expecting 2k more. I actually had to cut about 700 words because I was trying to include different scenes depending on whether or not you met with Queen Khari with Adelina. But after spending time working on it, i realized i was devoting time i didnt have to something that should be straightforward and quick. So in order to not slow down progress, I decided to cut it. I think how Queen Khari acts is still in accordance to her close friendship with Adelina, and that what we lost is minor.

Anyways, we finally make our way, and like the last time, we find Zera following us.

 The group makes their way to the booth, making conversation.

 Ronnel tries a final ditch effort to stop us, but now we have Sir William telling him to drop it. We find that Willy actually believes in us, or at least thinks we can handle it! After all, he knows how creepy smart we can be.... Anyways, you guys finally make it to your destination!

 Sir William realizes his mistake. He forgot to inform Queen Khari's bodyguards that you guys were coming, and an entire group coming up the steps may seem a bit rude. But luckily, Queen Khari's dope asf

 She quickly decides to become your favorite aunty, and tells you to sit right next to her. But aunty has a question to ask you:

 Without doubt, she's 100% Master Feren's student. But so are you, and as Master Feren suspects, the two of you are cut from the same cloth.
