The subclass is very cool! I would combine 6th and 11th level features into one gained at 6th level and remove the restriction on how many times you can do it per day. Flux Deception is a ribbon feature and it could be moved to 11th level without much issue. I would also give it a second feature at 11th level so it doesn't feel like a dead level. and finally give it a proper capstone, something like being able to cast greater invisibility at will.
