Built the kitchen for Rem, couple days later she asked me to build it again, but it's already built. Now I'm stuck with no dialogue ability. Also using red mushroom on Velvet breaks the game last time I tried.

You need unlock first scene with her first (HJ)! Scene 2 is only available when she is outside at midday.

With Velvet you need only sleep 2 hours, then go to her tent!

New game, v0.8, after completing D1, feeding Rem activates a quest, talking to her after freezes the game, no dialogue appears. Also talking to Nyotalia freezes the game in a similar way... Maybe an option to end current dialogue would fix this. The game isn't actually frozen, just stuck.

The issue I'm seeing is that the "house" quests are starting before the storm. D2 needs to be cleared, then the storm activated for the house. If any of those quests start before the house is built, the game locks up.
