[DevLog] Surf Tool! (Patreon)

    Hello everyone!

    I introduced the player's new slide ability in the previous video, but it's a bit unreasonable to use your body to slide on the ground, especially this is a survival game. So I added a new surfing ability using a special tool and I called it "Surf Tool".      There are 2 modes of movement direction control, one is in the direction of the camera, the other is using the key to rotate. It is possible to change back and forth by holding the Left Shift key!

[DevLog] New Ability - Surf Tool! [Improved]

He’s been updating for 2 years There’s a lot of pressure since people expect great things coming from him He can’t just post a crappy version after so much time All he did till now is just improving and learning new things But all the things he learned must be put into the game

@Tealheart9 Either you’re a fool or you will defend this creator regardless of his behavior. It’s not “a little concerning” that he’s supposedly adding more content. It’s three years without a release of any kind. This is like Star citizen in the form of a hentai game. Honestly dude with supporters like you at this point I think you deserve everything you’re going to get, which you s likely nothing.

(I'm not going to ask why this old post got commented on) Weird, I'm not seeing anybody "defend" this at all. Since late 2020 people were getting pretty pissed about the delays, but 3 years later a majority of comments in the dev-logs are nothing but demands for a release to be made.

Sooo we're not gonna adress the fact that you said it would release last month and you keep adding new things instead, making more work for you to hammer out and fix. Are you planning to only do updates until the final version?

It's been more than two years since I waited for the game. The next update only said I could do it, but the game didn't come out. Do you treat won dollars as light money? A lot of people pay the won for over two years and can't really play the game. I can't wait any longer.

1: Chill 2: Yes, it is a little concerning that he is just continuing to add more and more stuff into the game as opposed to just releasing the builds as everyone subscribed to him on this platform like I are aware that this is a product in development and are here to play the early builds of said product. He could be releasing the build, bugfixing, then releasing more builds with the added/reworked content which is the more popular route for other developers for obvious reasons.

In the latest updates we can see that he improved a lot on animations, textures, lighting,vfx We got sneak peaks on the upcoming features, enemies and new dungeon He improved a lot on sculpting and terrain design What's concerning most of it's fans it's the fact that he didn't posted new updates regarding new quests, map, dream world, npcs Dev We need answers

Instead of justifying anything let's just say what reality is: If you don't want to pay, don't pay, walk away. If you've sunk what you feel is "too much" into this when it was obvious long, long ago you weren't going to get what you want, that's on you, don't put that on the dev. That out of the way, Segamex, you did say last devpost the next post would be the long awaited update and now you're working on a new mechanic instead. I've been patient along with everyone else and this is silly. Please update your game and stop trying to perfect, feature creep, and add content perpetually. You need to release something. It's been years. Put something out.
