Penelope eats scraps from beneath Lai - Fu's table, then goes to work as a foot masseuse for demanding Chinese women. The People's Coucil comes up with a seriously restrictive new measure for the white girls to obey.

Hope you enjoy! Let me know if you have suggestions -- the stories can change based on what people want to see sometimes.

Is the Japanese woman being re-educated bowing lower to her younger Chinese boss and being made to wear shorter skirts. By the way not all Chinese are Han; to the north there are groups of blonde blue eyed Russia speakers but they write using Chinese characters just as there are groups of Han Chinese speakers in Russia's far east who write using the Russian alphabet.

Out of curiosity, are you thinking of moving the setting of the story to another country? It seemed to hint at that at the end of this most recent chapter. I think it would be cool to explore other countries, or former parts of the former US. As long as the core elements in the first five chapters continue, of course.

In that case there would probably be white Chinese men / women in the New Kingdom, I was just unsure how to introduce whiteness as a concept that would be equal to yellowness, so to speak. But this does give me ideas: in "China World" I imagine that blonde blue eyed Russian-like Chinese would be discriminated against like white girls. Might be something to investigate further..

I definitely like the idea of Penelope seeing more of the former US. It would be an interesting way to switch up the methods of dominance / submission / humiliation by giving it a different ethnic background. Maybe she goes south to see plantations where white women do anachronistic labor in the house and field beneath beautiful, watchful black women

Yes I agree. And yeah I think her going to the south and seeing the black dominated plantations would be a good idea.
