Content

Halloween has come around again, and I'm finishing Dire Contingency right on time to get a spooky story out ready for the season. Below are five options to choose from, and I'll leave the poll up until the 1st of October so you all have time to get your votes in. Please note that you can vote for multiple choices if more than one story appeals to you! This year's theme is mythology.

Native American SkinwalkerA remote ranch is haunted by the apparition of a creature that takes the form of a deer.

Ancient Egyptian AnubisA young priest finds purpose in service to the living Gods.

Feudal Japanese KitsuneA weary traveler takes refuge in a shrine, but all is not as it seems.

60's America MothwomanA man is plagued by visions of a strange creature that may be a portent of doom.

Aztec Jaguar GoddessA young warrior is chosen to be sacrificed to his Gods, but not in the way he expects.

Dominion

I HAVE A MIGHTY NEED FOR FLUFFY TAILS!

kaalveiten

All non-moth voters will receive the curse of my bloodline.

Splutty

Ooooh. Dire Contingency soon? :D

Anthony Adams

I kinda voted before reading the descriptions, but now I really wanna see what that skinwalker story could turn in to, I'm 100% in favour of human/feral/feral-adjacent stuff, so I went for A, B, C and E

Giggles fun time

The (little) native blood in me craves skinwalker sno sno

L K

If you’re voting the jaguar you’re just voting for another borealan let’s be real

Ripley Riley

My one regret is having but a single vote for Aztec jaguar goddess.

Splutty

We like borealans!

portablediskdrive

Had to resub just to vote for Anubis, the only true choice on this poll

Doomslayer69

Dammit, they are all great choices

Carcharias

Kitsune. Fox demons are best demons.

Paladin_T

I love kitsune, but damn give me a muscular Aztec MILF

Lord Frostdraken

Should be interesting no matter which one it is.

Type-2 Chimera

Man, does no one want to see moth woman smut? No one see the picture Snek posted on the server?

BurningCold

Bro, we do not need another tribal big cat girl story, reread literally anything araxie. All of Snek's Jari works depict them as chitinous armor-plated beetle-folk with only the slimmest trappings of butterflies and moths. Are you really telling me none of you are interested in a shy fluffy moth GF story?

Type-2 Chimera

Literally already a whole bunch of mad cat stuff. Wouldn’t surprise me if over half of Snek’s smut is mad cats

Lord Frostdraken

There are votes on it, one of them is mine. You cannot say 'Nobody' is interested. But it seems that not enough people have interest in it to beat out the more common tropes it is up against.

Lord Frostdraken

I am here for it, but I am only one single vote amongst many.

SketchyWarrior

I'm doing my part, voting for all options cause I win in all cases

Glitch

HOLD THE LINE! HOOOOLD!!!

FizzerXCIV

🌀 you will vote for moth wOoOoOoO 🌀
