Here's Chapter 1 of 'Outpost', a little under 15,000 words. This is another one that's going to take a lot of work, but I've been able to make some very substantial edits. I may also be changing the Hetero version to include more scenes with Runt.

I know they're just gender-swapped versions of the same character but any chance of Shrimp showing up in Outpost for the hetero version? It feels a bit weird to just have it as that for the sequel but she, as Shrimp, doesn't exist in the first.

Yeah that's what I would be changing. Shrimp is just Runt, but genderswapped. So ideally the the Hetero series will have a female Runt, and the Bi series will have a male one, rather than the Hetero series having a male Runt and a female Shrimp that materialized out of the aether one day.

Okay, we have another 15,000 words today. I messed up yesterday and edited chapters 1 and 2, not just 1. So if you begin today from Chapter 3, and end at 'The sooner he got out of here, the better.' then you'll be all caught up. I've also begun to change Runt's gender in the Hetero version, please let me know if you see any rogue pronouns!

Runt trailed after Schaffer, seemingly unsure of himself in this new environment. at 646 here is a he/she typo.

15,000 word update, just to the Bi version today. From 'Zagza and his cohorts returned not long after' to 'he doubted that sleep would come easily.' I've made the Bi version a little more gay with some more gratuitous descriptions, and I'll be adding in an all-new femRunt scene to the Hetero version tomorrow, which is why that's been delayed a little.

While I don't personally read the Bi stories myself (no appeal), I do appreciate the amount of effort that goes into writing two versions of the stories, so that people who are interested in that can read them if they prefer. Also, I have to admit I got a chuckle out of the phrase "I've made the Bi version a little more gay", mostly because I can still remember when "gay" was used by kids to almost exclusively mean "lame". Good to see that it's done a complete 180° in at least some cases.

Okay, today we have: -Bi version: 4500 words of brand new content with Runt, starting from 'Schaffer achieved some level of sleep' and ending at Chapter 7. -Hetero version: An entirely new chapter with 6500 words of new content for femRunt, along with a 20,000 words update that starts at 'Zagza and his cohorts returned not long after' and ends at Chapter 7.

It's really cool that you are going back to work on Outpost to rework runt or femrunt (Shrimp).

4000 words today to both versions, I went a little too HAM yesterday so I had a semi-day off. From Chapter 7 to 'what did it matter if he surrendered to the pleasure?'.

10,000 words for the Bi version today, and 6000 for the Hetero version, with significant rewrites to the Osha and Zagza scenes. From 'Three giant pairs of hands grasped at him as he came into range' to Chapter 8.
