That song that was playing during Jamie and Brienne’s departure from the fortress was the Lannister theme, aka “the reigns of castamere”. Bronn was singing the song right before the battle against stannis and the brotherhood without banners was also singing it when they met Arya. It’s a song which glazes Tywin for his victory against house reyne which rebelled against him.

Both. Because it’s supposed to be a double entendre. “The rains weep oe’r his hall And not a soul to hear” It’s referring to house Reyne and it’s referring to how Tywin made “the rains weep” over house Reyne’s “halls” by redirecting a river to their underground castle and drowning most of them.
