BOYS ITS ABOUT TO GO DOWN! Angry Nika is so menacing to look

Punk TV

Kizaru metaphorically and literally stabbing Stella in the back.

Dominic

Blackbeard is really insane if he goes for Wano and Fishman Island, after he already attacked Whole Cake Island/Tottoland to get pudding. He is messing with way too many people at once and all are Luffys friends. :D

Wano deserves it for the “kurozomi were born to burn” stuff

Dominic

This was simply a pun. Equal to Oden was born to boil, cause oden is a japanese stew, eaten while its still boiling hot. Kurozumi is the word for charcoal. Therefore the pun about born to burn. So no, Wano does not deserve anything.

Cindy Baker

Pun or not, it’s double meaning was still in reference to the kurozumi clan. Kozuki and the other clans used to subjugate kurozumi. Making it a downright xenophobic remark when considering the history.

Dominic

No it was quite literally not in reference to the whole Kurozumi Clan. Which might have come over much different for some people in western countries in dub or with only subtitles. Wano also has Japanese story telling influences and Japanese stories often involve revenge to restore honor. It was a pun targeting Orochi alone. Just like Oden was born to boil was only towards him. Hiyori was expressing personal anger, towards Orochi for burning down Wano, her home. And for the poetic reasons, due to his last name, he burned to death in the end. Also "Xenophobic" does not even make any sense cause they all are families from Wano. Not strangers from a different country. It is clanism at best. They (Wano/Kozukis) don't even prosecute any Kurozumi after they defeated Kaido and Orochi. They even break the curse by taking care of Tama who is a Kurozumi. So no clanism anymore either. To put it kinda into Laws words: They broke the gear.
