Mayuri is another vibe here. Eventually he will find his fashion and developes in character. So yeah Mayuri looks and feels a little bit different in comparison what the current Mayuri seems to us.

Yeah I think it's fine to mention this even though it's technically spoilers - tosens backstory is expanded *greatly* in the light novels.

Remember when Ichigo demanded that Shinji teach him how to control his hollow and that he didn't have time for stupid games because of Aizen, Shinji told him that he has known about Aizen and what he's up to for many years. And Kensei has the 69 because part of his last name Muguruma uses the kanji for 6 and he's the captain of squad 9, so 69 lol.

Mayuri humble and down to earth here? I rewatched the video and didn't see it 😂

I think i have a guess as to the "6 9" on both kensei's chest and on Hisagi's cheek. The "6" and "9" are separate. The "9" more than likely is for squad "9". The "6" not sure yet, but the other guys that were with Kensei, their coats on the back had the japanese kanji for "6" at the top, so probably something to do with that.
