Turn back the pendulum is easily the most hype out of any of the arcs man, I was so excited for you guys to reach the conclusion of this. Devi's reactions were sending me this ep Edit: shoutout Shunsui man, just pure gut instinct because he has that dawg in him. Unfortunately, couldn't put his finger on what *exactly* was wrong because he was missing information and ultimately gave the testimony to central 46. as for the reason Urahara studies this stuff, it's because he is a freak mad scientist and has access to information that we, as the viewer at this point in time, don't. there's a reason he got mayuri out despite how awful that guy is.

Aizen telling Urahara you are indeed the man I thought you were has so many layers they're dynamic is so good, also I'd recommend rewatching Aizen's explanation on Sokyoku Hill in the SS arc because after knowing what happened in the past it gets interesting and raises some questions

So Kisuke was banished but they were going to strip him of all his spiritual powers first. Obviously they weren't able to do that because of Yoruichi's rescue and Kisuke remains with his power and zanpakuto in the human world as well as Tessai. Also it's interesting that Yoruichi disguised herself to rescue them but for some reason she chose to disappear with them. This suggests the possibility that her cover might've been blown and she escaped in a hurry that she didn't even have time to notify Soi Fon.

One of the best arcs in Bleach, hands down. Glad to see you guys getting answers to things you've been wondering for a while, and a few more questions that come up! I thought the Vizards didn't care for Soul Society/Soul Reapers not only because of what Aizen did, but because all of their other friends and squads didn't do anything for their benefit. The hierarchy damned them, and they were left to dry by everyone, besides Tessai and Urahara.
