I would say the Bankai very much reflects Soi Fons personality. She’s always kinda been quick tempered/ angry and that shows more in her Bankai. While her Shikai kinda shows the type of person she aspires to be.

Yep you're right, Soi Fons shikai is "death by two hits" and her Bankai "death by one hit".
