This isn't a very convincing argument for me. This is a concubine who is leaving the next morning so who cares if she could be sleeping with someone else than the emperor. And she can't have children anymore so there's no risk of false fatherhood , the emperor just kept her as concubine because she is his friend. I still think that Jinshi is her child but I'm not sure if the emperor or anyone else than Ah Duo is aware of it. As for how, I don't know I guess it's like how hospitals swap children nowadays, there were two babys who were just born and they must have been sleeping in the same place while the mothers are recovering and a nurse exchanged them without noticing
