Man, at the time that the chapter first published I was severely disappointed with the way things concluded. Watching it this time it doesn't feel nearly as bad but still. Something is missing.

i think aizen's ending really shows how arrogant he was, we never got to see this panicked side of him before bc he was always in control. as soon as he lost that control, he throws a tantrum and loses all his aura. It's a bit poetic, bc aizen is always about being an illusion and not trusting what you see. his entire persona was an illusion lol... i truly dont think he expected ichigo to somehow beat him, which is very surprising though :o

7:52 Red eyes in Bleach usually means you're something above natural, something extraordinary. You'll see them few times more in final arc.

LOL I totally understand the ending and how you guys may feel about Aizen and how he was sealed but again...LET...KUBO...COOOOOOOOK! :). Kubo has an amazing way of showcasing what corruption looks like and how the lower you fall the UGLIER you become as a being inside and out. I LOVE how honest you guys are with your reviews/end of episode discussions. yall are top 5 Youtube anime reactors in my opinion.

Both Dangai Ichigo and Final GetsugaTensho were his strongest form till now, even far beyond when he was fully hollowfied "Vasto Lorde" and "Mugetsu" (Moonless sky) is his of the strongest attack till now.

A lot of things which you're unable to understand now, will be explained later and still if you want to go more in depth then I recommend you check out some reddit post, threads, theories (only after finishing the show) where it's explained very well, Kubo as an author doesn't prefer spoon feeding his viewers everytime and leaves it upto the viewers perspective, so maybe it difficult for many people to understand certain things or find the reason behind it. The more you go in depth the more you'll understand how beautiful the show is. There's a lot of lore which when you figure out, will realise how complex certain things are.

There was no other way to stop Aizen but seal him... he is basically inmortal. He calculated everything but Ichigo's power up was out of his plans that's the only reason he ends up losing. Ichigo for him was a mere experiment shown in later episodes, ichigo didn't represent a real threat to him. Aizen falls in the power game when he gets struck in his ego seeing ichigo acting like him.... it's a good and realistic final

I don't know what you two were expecting, but this entire series to this point was all about defeating Aizen. He defeated everyone and nearly all hope was lost. The MC had to make a sacrifice to stop him, but because of the Hogyoku, he's damn near impossible to kill so he was sealed instead. If anything I felt bittersweet that Aizen didn't die after all of that.

Yes but the manner of the defeat felt lacking to some of us even to this day. I had the same feeling when Black Zetsu stabbed Madara in Naruto. Like it just feels anticlimactic. Same here.

I know. I hear what y'all are saying. I'm saying you guys might have expected too much. How would you have ended that Arc? Because Kubo had to wrap it up. I think you guys felt underwelmed about the defeat because it's Aizen and they made him too cool and he knows everything. The lesson of that fight is for Aizen to understand that he is not a god and he can't predict or comprehend everything.

In terms of narrative I personally find it fitting for aizen to lose here I guess I would’ve been more satisfied if it wasnt a one sided battle. Like ichigo was in control this whole fight it wasnt even close😭

we're following the standard db for audio :o maybe the overall audio is more quiet because we have to average out the audio for the screaming parts?? i'm not sure 😭

most of the dissatisfaction we felt was not because of what happened but how fast it all came to an end 😢

I know that, but guys this was over a decade worth of episodes. You guys watched them in a matter of months. For real time viewers whem this was aired, the ending was appropiate. I think you two are dissatisfied because it's Aizen 😅
