What Ginjo said was that all the Fullbringers had their mothers attacked by an hollow. Thats how they got affected by hollow spiritual pressure and got their powers. Inoue and Chad on the other hand were exposed to Ichigos spiritual pressure and the Hogyokus presence. Different means to reach Fullbringer powers

You've heard him mention Mestizo before but because it was only mentioned once a long time ago it's easy to forget. So in ep 37 during Chad v Kyoraku, there's a flashback about Ichigo and Chad's promise. After Ichigo saves Chad from thugs under the bridge, they sit and talk on the grass. Chad tells Ichigo he's from Mestizo. Ichigo is confused as to where that is. Chad clarifies it's in Mexico. Ichigo, still confused, said something along the lines of "I thought you said you were from Okinawa. Oh whatever".

It was never stated but their mothers had to be attacked by hollows at some point because Chad felt his powers awakening when he entered Hueco Mundo, which means he has some hollow residuals in him. I think they would have developed their powers anyway, Ichigo and the Hogyoku just sped up the process

Mestizo refers racially mixed people in Mexico with darker skin. I personally have a few family members with dark skin like Chad that are Mestizo. They were a designated group of people by the old Spanish empire in Mexico. During Spanish colonial rule, Mexico had a rigid caste system where the Mestizo was in the middle. They ranked under Spaniards but above other marginalized groups like the indigenous Mexican people and Africans (slaves). Definitely still suffered from discrimination themselves until the mestizo became the national cultural identity in Mexico in the 1920s. To be proud of who you are, mixed or not, and that everyone was Mexican. My whole family is from Mexico and I am Mexican American, so definitely loved the representation in Bleach.

This first stage of Ichigo‘s Fullbring is censored. It’s supposed to take the shape of the cross guard of his Bankai, the kanji "Ban" of Bankai. However, since it looks like a swatsika, it was censored in the anime.

Honestly so awesome to see this in Bleach! We were actually just talking the other day about how Bleach is one of the only anime that has a lot of representation compared to other shows :D
