Yayy so happy that you guys went there, the one piece Shinkansen looks so cool, I want to go back just to go in it. All the mugiwara statues can also be bought at the mugiwara stores in Harajuku and Shibuya in Tokyo, that’s where I got most statues bc at the locations it was either closed or out of stock It’s such a fun trip as a one piece fan but also a great way to explore Japan 🇯🇵

Thank you for coming to Japan! I'm Japanese and I live in Japan. But I've never been to Kumamoto. So I want to go to Kumamoto and ride the one piece Shinkansen someday. Of course those statues too!!

I'm delighted you came to Kumamoto, where I lived during my college years. Did you visit the restaurant called Bara-tei that inspired Baratie where sanji worked? Oda-sensei also worked part-time at Bara-tei during his student days.

Damn. I was there last summer and could only visit Luffy, Chopper, Zoro and Sanji because it way too difficult to visit all of them by myself.

Those are the only accessible ones, unfortunately.. I'm surprised how far apart the statues are. They are starting a new tour bus this year for the statues which will hopefully make it easier for fans to visit :D You should look into it!

Definitely a must visit for One Piece fans! They are making a tour bus specifically for the statues so it'll be easier for people to visit soon :D

Omg thank you so much for letting us know. We definitely have to go there and finish the set. We managed to find Brook at a different store but still missing Sanji. Some friends helped us look during their trip but they couldn't find it at all in Akihabara 😭
