So glad you guys are doing bleach filler. Some are great and some are meh but I’m sure you’ll love the slice of life ones

So excited you're finally watching BEACH!! <3

I feel like the best way to describe the relationship between Shinigami and Zanpakuto is besides their innate connection that It would be comparable with an asymmetrical friendship where one gives the other all the benefits and support in a friendship but the other part just receives and does not give something back and just connects with one another when oneself needs emotional and physical support. In real life in time such a friendship is going to be toxic or disfunctional and is going to break apart.

Rewatching the filler will be refreshing

I was just as excited as you back when i watched this for the first time, i was wondering how everyone's Zanpakuto looked like for a long time. I don't think any of the designs were canon back when this was airing, but some of them did get canonized like Katen Kyokotsu (Shunsui's Zanpakuto), which is pretty cool ! Looking forward to watching this arc with you, i've only seen it once so i forgot a lot and will definitely be rediscovering some things as well, so that's pretty nice. Thank you so much for doing this, i hope you have a pleasant time watching this filler ~

I don’t know if it’s been recommended yet but please watch the movies, they’re so fun.
