Chris

whos finer shanks or shamrock? 👀

Cindy Baker

Gunko’s ability sounds pretty overpowered “Predetermined Unavoidable declaration of violence” Sounds like the arrows can’t be stopped no matter what happens The first mention of other “giant races” in the story was from saul, who said he’s not the same ilk as elbaf “Don’t think of me as one of those barbarians of elbaf. It bothers me that since they are very well known, people think all giants are like them. We’ve got some gentle giant races too” one piece chapter 392

J D. Legend

Shamrock's voice really suits him. I remember when they released the trailer for his voice actor I was like, he is so going to be goated. Next week might be your longest recording. Can't wait for it!

flowrence

asking the real questions

Andrew1170

They have mentioned before that there are multiple countries of the giants around the world, but Elbaf is particularly known as the ancient home of the giant race and the most ferocious among them.

Nicholas V

Saul is confirmed from a different country of giants aswell, It has been mentioned before he is not an Elbaph native

1+ hour video! You know how juicy it is when the discussion is so much longer than the episode 🔥 🔥 Elbaph keeps getting crazier! Regarding Shanks crying after Roger’s words to him scene, my theory is the same as Jackie’s. Or maybe Shanks was curious and constantly asked Roger what his lineage could be? Maybe Roger eventually found out and told him. I just feel that it would be super juicy this way. But I could be wrong, maybe he just told him he was dying. And Shanks got super sad. They never told us.

Dave Wu

Shamrock probably wins in the Hair department.

Grotony

Yeah at Ohara he told Robin to not think he was like the crazy giants from Elbaf something like that

Dasha

shamrock unfortunately

Kevin Senior

You guys gonna need those observation Haki next episode! The greatest is coming

Falco

Next week better be 2 hour video lol. With how much they love to analyse which is my favourite thing about them I think it might happen lol

Goten

Omg the pacing is so terrible 😭 no wonder why so many people complain 😭💔

Falco

We probably will get same things next week and omg I can’t wait for the theories they will come up with

Falco

Hahaha can’t wait I hope it’s 2 hour video

Dave Wu

Next episode is gonna be 🔥

Welington da Silva Castro Guimarães

Sengoku at Marineford allowing Ace and Whitebeard to have a dignified funeral at Shanks' request: "Since it's you... I accept." Oda, you rascal.

Dave Wu

OMG I just read about Gunko’s family name “Manmayer” was on one of the signs of Logue Town in Live action One Piece! What an insane easter egg foreshadowing!

Welington da Silva Castro Guimarães

35:40 I have this theory... To me, Roger was delegating the task to Shanks regarding the prophecy made by young Madame Sharley. Roger was simultaneously saying goodbye and explaining things to Shanks, as well as making a request. After all, neither Shanks nor Buggy went to Laugh Tale. That's why Roger wanted a son so badly. He wanted Ace to be the chosen one, but it ended up being Luffy. The Gomu Gomu no Mi was meant for Ace. And this also explains why Shanks stood still without going after the One Piece for so long, waiting for Luffy to be strong enough, and only now is he making a move.

Cindy Baker

WIT studios got us so it’s fine.

Goten

I hope so, you’d think it being seasonal now they would up the pacing 💔☹️

Goten

Yall don’t think it’s weird that Sengoku said “only because it’s your red hair” probably because sengoku knows and everyone above him. I’m guessing shanks knows too

Goten

Mind you Loki fell in love with big moms daughter and big mom almost had Loki as her son in law 💔💔🫩

Alex

I cannot wait for next week episode post discussion. I honestly expect the video to be more than hour long video maybe 2 hours long 🤭🤭 can’t wait to hear you guys theories

This actually answers the really interesting discussion you guys had in Episode 1164! The Holy Knights (God's Knights) are not above the Five Elders (Gorosei). In terms of hierarchy, they are still below the Five Elders within the World Government. In short: Imu → The absolute highest authority, secretly occupying the Empty Throne. The Five Elders (Gorosei) → They have consistently been introduced as the Highest Authority of the World Government, because they are the highest political and executive leaders directly beneath Imu. The Holy Knights (God's Knights) → They are an elite military force and the internal law enforcement body of Mary Geoise. Their role is to handle domestic disputes, internal conflicts, and punish Celestial Dragons when necessary. Hierarchically, they function as executors of the Gorosei's will and operate directly under them. That's why they possess immense authority in Mary Geoise and stand above ordinary Celestial Dragons in terms of enforcement power, but politically and by status, they remain below the Gorosei. The Gorosei themselves also seem to view the Holy Knights as beneath them. If you guys remember, when Garling entered the authority chamber before replacing Saturn, the Elders openly reprimanded him. At the time, he was only known as the Supreme Commander of the Holy Knights, and they essentially told him to know his place for entering without permission. And when Figarland Garling was promoted from Supreme Commander of the Holy Knights to one of the Five Elders, it further suggested that the Holy Knights may serve as a recruitment pool for future Elders, or at the very least, a source from which potential Elders can be selected.

Do you guys remember the Numbers from Wano? Big Mom said they were artificially created ancient giants from Punk Hazard

And I also think there's a good chance Shanks knows he has a twin brother. After all, he already knows about his origins and his connection to the Figarland family. What strengthens this idea even more, in my opinion, is Shanks' meeting with Whitebeard. If you remember that scene, the moment Shanks stepped onto Whitebeard's ship, they had a conversation, and one of the first things Whitebeard said was: "Just looking at your face makes the scar I got from that man ache again." So... who exactly was "that man"? My theory is that Whitebeard was referring to Garling. If we look back at the God Valley Incident, Garling was known as the Champion of God Valley, and the Holy Knights were involved in the conflict alongside the Rocks Pirates, Roger's crew, and the Marines. It wouldn't be surprising if Whitebeard had crossed swords with him during that battle. On top of that, Garling's appearance in his younger years bears a striking resemblance to his children. If Shanks and his twin inherited that same face, it could explain why simply seeing Shanks reminded Whitebeard of "that man." Of course, this is still just my theory, but it feels like one of those details Oda deliberately left open for a future reveal.

dWr

remember when robin met saul for the first time? saul indicates he isent from elbaph " dont lump me in with the elbaph giants, there are peacefull giant tribes aswell" something like that. Elbaph gonna be so epic cant wait for it to get animated ❤️
