I didnt get it on my first few watches, but it is not Nelliel's weapon who wounds Yhwach. It was Ishida's "A". He transferred Nel's would onto Yhwach so the spear can go through. If you watch back where Nel is taking out her bracelett, you dont see any wound on her anymore. URYUU ISHIDA THE GOAT! I love how they displayed "Antithesis". Damn his VA went hard! I almost thought it was Emiya Shirou for a sec when he uses the flower shield!!
