a kid is their parents weakness... some guy looking east....

Cindy Baker

“The holy land is in flames right now” 🥶

Dasha

i love gaban so fucking much what a goat

Dasha

they didn't even give us time to cry over gaban and hit us with gunko/brook/imu stuff, that was crazy

M9

Yeah RIP ,Imu is here and we literally screwed. Gaban the goat 🐐. It seems like this episode was a sacrifice for next week's finale; cuz I was expecting better pacing , animtion and direction for this shocking and heavy reveal for Imu. However, the entire sequence involving Gaban and his family was done beautifully , I really got emotional tbh, such a cute family.

Chris

Juicy discussions

J D. Legend

The god is here btw next week is the last episode for this year. The anime is really close to the manga. Like, literally, the manga is still in Elbaf

Arnav Mekala

From Thriller Bark man, even I forgot about the assault convoy

dWr

imo the voice is muffled to hide the real voice not cuz we might know who it is but because we yet now nothing but a name. is the short image of imu really him or a silhouette? if it is a silhouette how realiable is it? (prevoiusly silhouettes have been good and absolute shit compared to the real character 😂) haha told you its just one line about his past 😂only not bad celestial shown were of the donquixote family 🥺myosgard, homing and rosinante :) damn, was fun listening to ur theories. absolutely cooking on some parts and not so on others 😂 but thats the fun :)

Anecdont

I really love watching your reactions. They take me back to people’s manga reactions but, in anime format with all the depth you take to theorise and go back through the story!

Ryan

One thing that's slightly different from the Manga here, the final line at the end I believe is supposed to be translated at "Mu will show thee the dominion of God" rather than "I'll show you the dominance of god". I like the manga version and the vibe it gives alot more.

TragicPlayer

We heard Imu talk way back in episode 1118 and 1119. I get it's been awhile but it was a big deal.

M9

yo , that was some crazy thoughts yall tallked about it , man it sad that we have to wait too long for more lore from the movie and the secened season. but we will be there for more peak lore.

Jin Jusuke

Did you forget Kyros and Kuma?

𝖘𝖑𝖚𝖒𝖕𝓏

Yall have no idea how much crazy shit is going to go down in this arc I've been waiting for this moment😭

Jay rellim

have yall ever seen yu yu hakusho?

Kelven_140

We only have 1 more ep left this year... knowing what we get in the final ep it's gonna be a CRAZY cliffhanger for anime only watchers.

Song

This is the reason why Dragon left Luffy behind "A child is their parents weakness"

Wendr

peakk, sadly theres a break soon

Dasha

why do all pink-haired children have the best dads ever😭 gaban/collon, kuma/bonney, kyros/rebecca, pound/lola&chiffon, bege/pez, yasuie/toko

Dave Wu

I was holding back my shit so hard at the start of this arc, when you guys asked “who could be the villain of Elbaph? Who could even be strong enough?” Mfing Imu dawg🤣🤣

nk

bar to be the best dad in OP is so low im crying😭

GS

I can't believe they were able to extrapolate on this much lore from just a crumb of info.

Speeeedballl

Gaban is a good dad but cmon Kuma is HIM when it comes to fatherhood

_kags

haha i literally came back to the comments section to make sure Kuma got his love too 🥹and there were so many others you listed that I'd forgotten, love them all

Anecdont

And then there’s Reiju…

JDanime

Nope. I've heard of it but neither of us have watched it before

JDanime

Haha ofc not! I love them. I just say "the best" as a hyperbole to emphasize emotion :D

JDanime

Thank you for the names. It's hard to remember names nowadays with the long breaks 😔

JDanime

yeahhh I have goldfish memory 😭

JDanime

Yup.. We heard that the translations between the anime and manga are different. I kinda like the manga translations better too. I wonder why they change it so much :(

JDanime

The story is SO well written with all the foreshadowing and subtle clues throughout the story. Connecting seemingly random information between arcs that end up leading to a huge reveal is always mindblowing. It's why I love this series so much. Oda is truly a genius 💖

JDanime

Awwww the best fathers club 🥰

Jay rellim

omg def add to the poll in the future, it’s the best one to watch in english lol
