This episode is up there with Stone Ocean Episode 31 (Pucci & Weather Backstory) in terms of genuinely shocking me with the sheer amount of care put into every single detail! I've been eagerly awaiting how they would adapt Gyro's backstory, especially since they shifted it's placement around a bit. I also find it funny how Gyro has been wearing the face clips and green lipstick for most of his life, he found his drip early and stuck with it, I heavily respect that! 🍃 Gregorio is a deeply underrated character, I find the philosophy he was following in the backstory to be incredibly fascinating! The sheer amount if effort that he puts into stripping all emotion and personal reasoning away from his duty makes him the perfect antithesis to his utter goblin of a son! 💀 (P.s. It's funny how after Pucci, Araki just decided that clergy members just have sick geometric facial hair!) It was really nice to see Stroheim's VA's in both Japanese and English reprise their roles! The same with both of Speedwagon's VA's voicing the narrator in this episode! Lastly, that cliffhanger... good luck ruminating on whatever the fuck that was for a week! 🫠 Next episode is already shaping up to be one of my favorites in the entire series for a multitude of reasons! 💅🏻🪶🪝

steel ball run fr begins now! this is when the manga went from weekly to monthly and was published as seinen instead of shonen :) the artwork changed DRASTICALLY lmao and the story gets soooo much deeper 🥹 so excited for yall gyro is so goated. i love how araki describes him as the main character in the manga lol he’s what the story has been revolving around so far :p poor marco. the parallels are crazy. both him and gyro were just doing what was passed to them by their parents 😔

also just so you can appreciate araki’s art, i’ll post the manga or chapter covers for the relevant chapters in each episode (as long as they don’t spoil). look at these two dudes being bros and nothing more lmao

Hello, I've been following you on youtube for a long time and subscribed just recently. You're my favourite reactioners and I've been wondering if you will be watching cyberpunk edgerunners season 2 anytime soon. I'd appreciate your answer very much. :)
