(Between OoT HD, Tusk: P2, and the U.S. 🗳, this has been one of the best weeks in years!) What an absolutely phenomenal experience! David Production didn't need to go that hard on every single one of PPHK's reaction faces! Also, Johnny continues the JoJo quirk of not being burned by fire, and took some notes from Jotaro's Screaming Coat from the WoF fight! 🚘 [Literally the only 2 characters that have been shown with actual burns is a guy named God and one named Cheese, both in Italian 💀] I really love how Araki designed "Wired", its stand conditions with the bucket and lures act as a solid way to keep him from being too broken, but also make his traps and sneak attacks far more dynamic! The objects also acting as a two-way portal and the hooks giving away his location is so sick! Topping it off with using Gyro as a lure, it's always neat to see when minor villains can come that close to winning, Ghiaccio, Lang Rangler, & Rykiel being my favorites! Finally, one of my favorite scenes in the entire series was handled beautifully! Johnny's monologue about the Corpse's Arm giving him worth and a reason to go on and his initial reluctance to give it away, eventually conceding for Gyro's sake! Araki's art and writing really make it clear how painful that decision was, and it was after this that Johnny really started growing on me! 💅🏻 [Also, the 3rd Stage might break parts of the internet starting next week!]
