BABSCon is over! (Patreon)

BABSCon is dead! The staff have slept (more or less). Let’s talk about it!

As I worded it in our final Leadership meeting, BABSCon 2025 was the most busy, crazy, stressful, & successful convention I’ve experienced to date. We had over 2,000 attendees, which is the largest pony con attendance in years (Covid really did a number on those numbers), and was double our attendance from 2024. Our team had its usual ambition for big events, new merchandise, and the swankiest guest list. The stress was surprisingly minimal save the final 3 months, due to frustrating unfortunate circumstances. And the success was remarkable!! Many vendors said that they sold more that weekend than they had at the final 2019 BronyCon, which had an attendance of 12,215. Wow.

A HUGE thank you, as always, to everyone supporting me here. I have a lot more typed up about the convention, but I really want to focus first on getting my artwork updates on Patreon. The convention is over and I am free to release my art and process, and I need to catch up on my updates. This year has had some of the highest highs and lowest lows for me, and I have taken a lot of extra time to mentally recover from those lows. But it's time to start taking steps back up again.

I will start that with some artwork updates, very soon to come.
