It's cute!

..I'm really not into anime, and I'm trying not to get into any new app games. Last time I did, I spent some amount of time in the world of Fire Emblem Heroes......... >>;;;;;;

BUUUUUUT, I did finally download Umamusume. Just for the exposure! After all, everyone is going on about this other cute horse thing, and so I have to do my due diligence and research the content for content's sake! 😤

So anyway, Happy Sunday! Here's some Umamusume that I'm making into stickers for an upcoming themed event :D

I need to work on my chibi style more. I get too excited shading something and then need to find a good medium between normal, full and soft shading vs a simplified, often "flat" color for chibis. My style ends up being an unforgiving tug-of-war in both directions!

I'm only doing two characters for now (there are 114 characters???!), so I wanted to stick with some of the more popular options. Though I enjoyed the tutorial with Daiwa Scarlet and Silence Suzuka, so I had to decide between them all. Do you all have any favorites? If so, let me know and I'll bump them to the top of my list if I make any more derby horse girls. Or perhaps I could draw a Mane 6 character as an anime human in the derby uniform..? (It would end up being another Fluttershy, wouldn't it. Hmmmmmmm.)
