Working the night shift (Patreon)

Coming off of a busy couple of weeks, I had a few much more restful weekends to catch up on sleep..but it's time to wake up! EverfreeNW is fast approaching!

Here are a few projects I've been working on recently!

My first plan was to make a huge blanket for Everfree. My thought process was mostly straightforward for this piece. Something big to commemorate Faust, with the Mane 6 featured, as well as the princesses if possible. I was able to hide the princesses in the "O" header up top as well as in the storybook.

Angel Bunny was the only pet that seemed reasonable to add in without making the piece too cluttered. I almost went for a super collage of everyone I could fit, but I decided that I wanted the tone to be simpler, calmer.

And I'm mostly finished with the design! But I've been caught up in a few other projects, and I haven't mentally committed to the blanket yet, so, it sits in my pile for now. I still have a few finishing touches to make before it'll be show-ready, and I don't think I'll have it for Everfree. Mmmmaybe another time.

Aside from that large piece, I've been getting quite a few canon pony commissions lately. Here is a cute shipping piece I've been working on!

Who's that pony? Iiiiit's not supposed to be Rarity; I drew her on accident! Sorry, Rainbow Dash!

That's better! The scene is bronies shipping AppleDash a la Lady and the Tramp. I'm going to be experimenting with shading in this piece to emulate that old VHS cover style.

Okay, early birds, I'll see you again soon!
