What a fantastic episode!! (As usual lol)

This episode has some very big changes for the characters, and I'm loving it. The jokester Sherlock that laughs?! It's great to see him happy!! I think he just really missed his best friend.

I want to like Mary... but I'm so suspicious. SKIP CODE?! No ordinary person would just notice that. Then again, this is Sherlock world where many people are extraordinary.

I just want John to be happy... and Molly... with discount Sherlock 🤣

This series is just so much fun!!!

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

Thank you so much everyone for your support, you are the best!!

FULL LENGTH - Sherlock Season 3 Episode 1 - The Empty Hearse

You need your own copy of the show to watch along with me though since this is solely my reaction. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

I loved how they integrated the hype around Sherlocks faked death into this episode. It was just like that - some people got pretty close to the truth (as Anderson) and others came up with crazier and crazier ideas (like his fanclub)...😂 Martin Freeman is such a great actor. His performance is heartbreaking and funny at the same time. He always finds the comedy in the drama without neglecting one for the other...😊 I get why you're suspicious of Marys behaviour. She is having way too much fun with this situation. I got suspicious about her when we saw Sherlocks analysis of her but never got the conclusion he came to. For me the question at hand was - why wasn't Sherlock contacted about John? And why put him in this dangerous situation at all? 🤔 Loved your reaction as always, I'm really looking forward to your "Sherlock mondays"...😍

Just a heads up if you are watching Sherlock on bluray, this episode is 4ish minutes longer on bluray than what aired on tv and it is spread out in 2-4 second longer scenes across the entire episode. I was having to pause the reaction video every so often to re-sync the videos up.

In case no one has mentioned it so far, Sherlock’s parents are acted by Benedict Cumberbatch’s actual parents!

Really?! That's amazing, I had no idea! Now I want to rewatch their interactions :D Thanks for pointing that out ☺️

Thank you! Someone else that hates seeing "Hotting up" instead of "Heating up" 😅 Thought I was alone on this 😁

Fun fact: When Sherlock looks at Mary and there's a bunch of words on the screen, one of those words is "liar"
