Season 5 Episode 1 on BritBox, Season 4 Episode 1 on IMDB... So I don't know what it is haha

What I do know, is that I just want John to be happy 😭😅 Poor guy can't catch a break. Thankfully nothing ever happens to him 🤣

Sherlock has changed over the seasons, he is so much more playful!!

I do feel a bit bad that I have never trusted Mary 😅I guess that's what happens when she very frequently lies and acts all suspiciously.

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

Thank you so much everyone for your support, you are the best!!

FULL LENGTH - Sherlock Season 4 Episode 1 - The Six Thatchers

You need your own copy of the show to watch along with me though since this is solely my reaction. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

Well, that was a truly heartbreaking episode. First the unfortunate death of the son and then Mary...🙈 Putting all the agent/elite killer stuff aside, the pictures of a marriage we're getting from Mary and John are all too relatable...😢 I don't think that there was more than messages and occasional meetings in public places between John and "E", but I could be wrong. I think they kept it vague on purpose. Taken out of the context I really liked this little side story. If John weren't married this would have been a really sweet meet cute - bonding over a daisy behind Johns ear...🙂 Oh and my favorite easteregg concerning Mary: Agra was in the novels indeed referring to the indian city Mycroft talked about briefly. It played an important role in the novel "The sign of the four", which also featured the first appearance of Miss Mary Morstan in the novels. Then she was described as smart, witty, confident and beautiful, not in the least intimidated by Sherlock Holmes demeanour...🙂 In the novels there was indeed the Pearl of the Borgia inside the sixth Napoleon bust that was smashed. Hence the little nod by saying "Margaret Thatcher is as popular now as Napoleon"...😀 I'm glad they gave Mary a meaningful end in the show. In the novels she just dies rather unexpectedly offscreen of an illness, because Arthur Conan Doyle didn't know what to do with the character anymore and he needed John to be back in Baker Street...🙈 Since they couldn't talk about it anymore, Mary at least died with the picture of her perfect, patient, sweet husband intact. But I guess it will gnaw on Johns conscience...🤔 EDIT: Never mind my earlier comment. I deleted it because I got it working somehow...😅

So sad, only 2 more episodes after this one.

Intrigue

It's definitely Season 4 Episode 1. I'm not entirely sure why BritBox lists it as S5. The Abominable Bride is just listed as a special, stand-alone episode and isn't part of a season at all. Season 3 came out in January 2014 The Abominable Bride came out in January 2016 Season 4 came out in January 2017

Hi been following your series on YouTube and just joined Patreon. I can’t see or hear anything you are watching. Am I suppose to open the episode on my TV and watch it along with you? Sorry if this is a stupid question. New to Petreon. Thanks

Verowak

Hey Adm, welcome! Yes, you do need your own copy of the media for these full length reactions. I show a short section to help sync up your version with mine. And it's not a stupid question at all, I welcome all questions!!

Hi Vero, I’m wondering when Season 5 will be coming to YouTube. I joined your Patreon to support the channel, but I’m not really a fan of the watch-along style. Really looking forward to seeing the series through to the end with you on YouTube!
