The winner of our 2010s decade poll!!

Christian Bale is such a dedicated actor. It's really amazing to see him in any role!

I do love how there is some comedy throughout. It's a really well done movie, and the script is solid! There are definitely some VERY infuriating parts and characters, and the actors all did so well in those.

I love hating a character 🤣 But then I want to see them in a nicer role lol

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

Thank you so much for being here and watching along with me!!

FULL LENGTH REACTION | Ford v Ferrari (2019) [2025]

Reminder that you need your own copy of the movie to watch along with me since this is solely my reaction. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

I’m ALMOST positive.. that at the theatres it was called ‘Superman: The Movie’ in 1978.. Remember, to a lot of folks, they still had memories of Superman on television..

RegalEagle

…And then there was the official title.. ‘Star Trek: The Motion Picture’ in 1979..

RegalEagle

..then there was ‘The Brady Bunch Movie’.. I don’t want to think too deeply about this or my brain will start to hurt.. but it just might be a common theme when a TV show makes the jump to the silver screen..

Couple of cool things about the movie I've noticed or heard about(My memory isn't the best so I may be wrong about some facts mentioned below): - Josh Lucas' character Leo Beebe, wasn't as big of an asshole in real life, that was exaggerated for movie. - During the 24 Hours of Le Mans race, Ken Miles' Co-Driver at the 24 Hours of Le Mans was Denny Hulme played by Ben Collins a.k.a. "The Stig" from Top Gear. (Ben was also a stunt driver on a few of the Daniel Craig "James Bond" movies.) - One of the Ford GT40 drivers was Dan Gurney, in the movie he's played by his son Alex Gurney. Alex is a champion racing driver like his father. More on Dan Gurney: - The bubble seen on the top of the door of GT40 MKII in the movie is called the "Gurney bubble", installed to accommodate Dan's height of 6 foot 4 inches. - Dan also invented the "Gurney flap", a thin piece of material installed at a right-angle at the top edge of the spoiler to improve the aerodynamics of the car, still in use today. - The scene where the Ford execs are taking a tour of the Ferrari factory, the cars in the "Racing Department" contained mostly vintage racing cars worth MILLIONS of dollars today. - Some of the racing scenes were filmed at Road Atlanta in Braselton, Georgia, USA. Which hosts the "Petit Le Mans" 10 hour race, part of the IMSA endurance series. Personal Note: I actually got to drive a Cadillac CTS-V around the Road Atlanta track at speeds over 125MPH!! It was so much fun, made me want to be a professional race car driver, even more than I already did!!! - Ken Miles' son, Peter Miles DID NOT become a race car driver like his father though he did work in the automotive industry. Peter became a mechanic and was even a Crew Chief for a Toyota desert racing team. Peter now 73, is the Executive Administrator of a prestigious collection of vintage automobiles valued at over $80 million, said collection belongs William E. (Chip) Connor II.(per centralalive.org) If you want to watch more racing movies you should watch "F1: The Movie"(2025), "Days of Thunder"(1990), "Gran Turismo"(2023)(based on a true story), "Ferrari"(2023)(based on a true story), just to name a few.

Always a fun watch, it definitely would not have been the same with a different group of actors. Bale and Damon were a great pair embodied their roles wonderfully. Racing is a fun invigorating sport. After college i got into motocross(dirt bikes) for about 8 years, only ever done amateur races and purely for the fun of it, and its true some people are just gifted for it (im most definately not lol). Still its a blast, even in last hahaha.

Mister Lou

I did see an interview Brad Pitt did for F1 The Movie and he said that he was originally going to be in Ford V Ferrari or something like that, so when this came around (F1 Movie) he was happy to do it.. something like that, like he couldn't do this one racing movie for some reason or another but this was the right time for him. and I agree. Bale was meant for this role as Ken Miles and Pitt was made for F1 Movie.

This is one of my favorites, I’m a sucker for “based on a true story’ movies

Verowak

It's nice that he finally got to be in a racing movie! I'm curious to see how he does in F1.
