Today we remember those who have died in the line of duty. I just want to thank all those who have served and continue to serve 💗

All I will say is that this movie is well made, and I keep being amazed at how just a look can convey so much emotion.

Some actors truly are just so good at their craft.

There are some light hearted, sweet moments thrown in with all this madness and chaos and destruction.

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

FULL LENGTH REACTION | Fury (2014) [2025]

You need your own copy of the media to watch along with me though since this is solely my reaction. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

Just the tiniest of corrections.. ‘Veterans Day’ or ‘Armistice Day’ is set aside to honour Veterans who have served and are serving.. ‘Memorial Day’ or ‘Remembrance Day’ is when we honour those who have sacrificed themselves in service to thier country.

RegalEagle

Armistice day is the definition of November 11th.. the end of hostilities in WWI

Just reading more.. we both seem to be correct.. in Canada.. ‘Remembrance Day’ is indeed a day to remember casualties as you wear the poppy.. we in the US seem to do our ‘remembering’ in late may during our ‘Memorial Day’

My favorite has always been memphis belle but thats due a personal connection, what my grandfather did in wwii, great movie though as well, awesome cast, some faces you'll recognize. The green and red lights are tracers, for light and heavy machine guns every 5th round or so was a tracer allowing the gunner to track his fire. You notice on the scene where they rescued the pinned down troops one guy used the 50 to mark one of the anti tank guns with his tracer fire so the tanks could target it. I think its fair to say enjoy, even a sad story has a positive experience if it brings you appreciation to the topic its covering, doesnt have to just mean fun.

Great film. I would imagine World War One is probably the big one that you guys tend to focus on and teach in school right? I know Canada did a lot more fighting and killing than us in that one and even lost more people than us and I don’t mean relative to our larger population either so that must have a much larger place in your cultural conscience. We were a lot more involved in the second one hence all the movies centered around it. Canadians also stormed the beaches at Normandy though I’m not really sure how many were killed in the second one overall. Did your grandparents fight in the first or second at all?
