Hello, Vero! First off, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Didn't see any notation of it before this notice. Some quick questions for you: I already have a yearly membership on the "Short Film Legacy" tier. 1) Is this discount not available for members who have already signed up? I notice when I go to the payment page the "Short Film" tier is set at $8.00 per month. That works out to $96.00 per year (or if paying for the whole year with a 5% discount $91.20). I don't see anyplace on the payment page to enter the discount code which would bring the annual payment down to $76.80. 2) At my current level, it states my membership is due to end (or automatically renew) in February 2026 at $34.20. Or will my membership change to the ”Short Film” tier at the above pricing? Again, there is no place to enter the discount code. Please be aware, I’m not trying to get an additional 20% discount as the $34.20 is a terrific price for the content of yours I’m interested in. I'm just trying to figure out what would be fair for both of us going forward. 3) As I’m obviously not interested in TV series content, there are two notable exceptions – “Firefly” and “Band of Brothers”. And this is where I’m not sure of what to do. The deal is 50% off the first month on the “Short Film” or “TV Series” tiers (monthly membership). If I want to sign up for the TV series tier for ONLY 1 month at $6.00 (with the 50% off discount) so I can have access to “Firefly” and “Band of Brothers” and then cancel that membership, will I lose my “Short Film Legacy” tier forever and will be required to sign up for the “Short Film” tier? Again, there is no place to enter the discount code. 4) I do see I can purchase access to the “Firefly” and “Band of Brothers” collections for $15.00 each. That would be $30.00 on top of whatever membership tier I end up subscribing to. Any other way of making those two, and ONLY two shows available? Thanks, Miles
