Atticus Finch?! 🤩Gregory Peck is a fantastic actor, that I need to see more of!

Thank you Brad for this reactr request, I had never heard of it before. It seems that's a common theme though 🤣

Definitely some sweet moments, and I really just want to eat donuts now 🤤For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

Thank you so much for being here!!

FULL LENGTH REACTION | Other People's Money (1991) [2025]

Reminder that you need your own copy of the movie to watch along with me since this is solely my reaction. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

‘.. at one time there must have been a dozen companies making buggy whips.. and I’ll bet the last one made the best damn buggy whip you ever saw! ..Sure way to get broke is to have an increasing share of a decreasing market..’ I’m sure glad the air bag solution helps everyone keep their jobs! As for Mr Garfield.. he’ll have to be content with hating Mondays, loving lasagna and his continuing romance with money and Carmen!

Looking forward to your watchalong - I've never seen this movie before! If you wanna see Gregory Peck in a REALLY different role, there is 1978's "The Boys from Brazil", featuring not just one, but several classic actors from a bygone era. Another film I like to think of as sort of a bookend to "The Boys from Brazil" is 1976's "Marathon Man" from a novel written by William Goldman, who also penned "The Princess Bride" and "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid".

As for some housekeeping… I think a poor job was done by the screenwriter when adapting it from the stage in three specific areas…. First.. Kate says it’s an irony for her to be called to save Jorgy’s company.. what irony?.. second.. bad line? Poor humor? ‘I won’t love you anymore’ prior relationship? Never explained other than Kate may be a bit of a tease… third.. couple of references to ‘banker Ozzie’ but never explained.. Never the less.. I find it to be a movie that resonates with me and I enjoy it.
