Yay allergies!!! 🤣

That damn sneeze was such a dead giveaway!! He hasn't sneezed in a bit, so it stood out to me.

Interesting how the idea is to take the gate, see if there are Goa'uld residing there, and just leave. I don't think there was any thought of the Goa'uld last episode 🤔

If they only visit each location once, I imagine that any viruses they bring to the different worlds end up wiping out the colonies they come into contact with 😅

O'Neill the resilient bastard!!

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

Thank you so much everyone for your support, you are the best!!

FULL LENGTH - Stargate SG-1 Season 1 Episode 4 - The Broca Divide

You need your own copy of the media to watch along with me though since this is solely my reaction. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

You'll get your wish regarding single character focused episodes, while there's still the importance of the team. It's also great that the show has branched out beyond the Ancient Egyptian civilisations, keeps the show fresh.

Yay for modern medicine helping others 😄 The team really do need to do a better job at checking what they bring back with them lol. We're only a few episodes in but we've already had Kawalsky bring back a Goa'uld who almost destroyed the base, and this time it was a super infectious disease!

This episode for me was when the show first started to show legs. You get the convo between Daniel and Hammond about research regarding the various worlds beyond just fighting the Goa'uld, SG3 showing they are expanding the teams to specialization, realization of real world consequences, both ways with gate travel. Beginnings of growth from a 2 dimensional "adventure of the week" to some legitimate world building.

Andrew Corlett

The Bro-code divide was the last episode :-)

Ugly Sonic

First good look at our Doc Fraiser. One of my favorite side characters. Also get used to Walter the chevron xyz encoded guy.

I think the Untouched and the Touched were inspired by the Eloi and the Morlocks of H. G. Wells’ The Time Machine, the classic science fiction story published in 1895. If you haven’t read it, I recommend it. There were some movies made based on it but read the original first.
