Hi friends!!

Today is the day that Season 2 of Clone Wars begins!!  New character, new concept, more Anakin, Obi-Wan and Ahsoka!!

I like learning about new things related to the Jedi, and it linking to future events (or so I'm assuming, at least).

I would love to see how frequently Anakin gets scolded by the Jedi council for... well... constantly ignoring orders.  Unless Obi-Wan doesn't tell the council for some reason...

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the episode.  Also know there is an extension that allows you to do Picture-in-Picture in case you are interested: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en

It's somehow already almost the end of April.  I feel like every week I remind everyone that another month has passed 😨

Have a great rest of week!

Full Length - CLONE WARS Episode 201 - Holocron Heist (026)

CLONES WARS episode 201! You DO need your own copy of the movie to watch along with me though since this is solely my reaction. I did use the extended edition, but I won't be doing extended editions in the future, I don't think. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

When you think of the jedi and what they're SUPPOSED to be, it's crazy to think about the initial discussion where Anakin says he forgets how old she really is because she's advanced, and Windu says well maybe she should take a break from the battlefield. Yeah, maybe a preteen apprentice shouldn't be fighting a war as a jedi.

Everyone loves Cad Bane. He's a great bounty hunter that can go toe to toe with our main characters both in planning and in combat. His droid TODO is voiced by Seth Green

Oh man glad that you've finally met Cad Bane. He's the Boba Fett of the Clone Wars just one of the highest Bounty Hunters of that era similar to how Boba Fett was one of the most well known Bounty Hunters of the Galactic Civil War. This episode is also when Ahsoka starts to reflect on her actions a big turn around that made people start to like her which just continued throughout this show.

Very true. And the fact that they basically only train children from a very young age. Ahsoka is really young and it feels like she shouldn't be on the battlefield, but I guess that's what she's trained to do. Age is so strange in Star Wars vs real life

Seth Green? That's awesome, I had no idea! He seems smart, so I'm all for him being a new villain

He's already had WAY more screen time than Boba Fett with just one episode 🤣
